At RELENT, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We stand by the quality of every RELENT piece, if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll fix it.
Change of mind/Sizing: Please choose carefully when placing your order. We recommend checking our size guides before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Order Issues: If your order is lost or arrives significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Are any purchases final sale?
As each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or provide a refund. Please refer to the refund/return policy for more information.
When will I get my order?
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Our products are made using a global network of trusted manufacturing partners and are printed on demand through our fulfilment provider. This allows us to reduce waste while maintaining quality across every piece.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
